Axial Spondyloarthritis
Merck Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) Study
You may qualify to take part in this clinical research study if you:
• Are 18 to 80 years old
• Have a diagnosis of r-axSpA
• Have had back pain for 3 months or more, and the pain started before the age of 45 years old
• Your r-axSpA has not gotten better from non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen or naproxen) or from biologic disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs, such as adalimumab, etanercept, or secukinumab), or you are intolerant to these medications
• You don’t have any other kind of arthritis or inflammatory joint disease
There are additional requirements that determine if you may qualify to be in this study, which the study doctor will discuss with you.

You may qualify for a clinical research study evaluating the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication in adults with chronic pain.
Participants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• have type 1 or type 2 Diabetes and stable glycemic control
• Have a BMI less than 40
Fibromyalgia
Axsome Fibromyalgia Study
You may be able to take part in this study if you:
• Have a primary diagnosis of fibromyalgia based on the 2016 ACR diagnostic criteria.
• Are Male or female, ≥18 years of age.
• Provide written informed consent to participate in the study before conducting any study procedures.
Exclusion Criteria:
• Previous participation in a clinical trial with reboxetine or esreboxetine or currently receiving treatment with reboxetine for any condition.

• Have been diagnosed with uncontrolled gout
• Continue to experience gout flare-ups

You may be able to join the RUBY study if you:
• Are from 18 to 75 years old (male or female)
• Have been diagnosed with gout for at least 1 year
• Have taken the same dose of your usual gout medicine for at least 3 months prior to entering this study

We are seeking volunteers for a clinical research study evaluating the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for people with moderate to severe lupus.
You may qualify for this study if you:
• are 18-75 years of age
• have moderate to severe lupus
• have been diagnosed with lupus for at least 6 months

Elevara RA Study
We are conducting a clinical study to test a potential new rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treatment which is given as an add-on to current methotrexate and TNF inhibitor therapy.
You may qualify for this study if you:
• Have active rheumatoid arthritis
• Have been on methotrexate and TNF inhibitors for 6 months and at the stable dose for 3 months.
• Are aged 18-75 years.
• Have a BMI between 18.5 and 32.

We are seeking volunteers for a research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication designed to help maintain weight loss after using a GLP-1 medication.
You may qualify for this study if you:
• are 18 years of age or older
• have been taking GLP-1RA for the treatment of obesity for at least 3 months
• have lost 10% or more of your/their body weight
• your weight and dose have stayed about the same for the past 6 months
